Algerian military plane crash leaves more than 250 dead.

An Algerian military plane has crashed, reportedly killing all 250 people on board.
The plane crashed on Wednesday in the town of Boufarik in northern Algeria, around 30km from the capital Algiers.
The defence ministry confirmed that more than 250 people died in the crash.
The plane is believed to have been carrying mainly military personnel.

An Algerian military source initially told Al Arabiya News Channell there were no survivors but is believed some have been rescued by emergency services.

The Algerie Presse service said the Iliouchine-type plane was headed for Bechar in south-western Algeria.
