101-year-old Ralph Clarke was sentenced to 13 years in prison after being convicted of 30 child sex crimes The great-grandad, said to be the oldest person convicted in UK legal history, arrived at HMP Hewell near Redditch, Worcs, last night.
He was also found guilty of 21 more against two girls, one aged four, between 1974 and 1983. He had abused them at his home and shed and in the back of a truck he drove.
The alarm was raised last year after they saw he turned 100 on Facebook. Clarke had shown “no remorse”, Birmingham crown court was told.
