Oxygenate Your Body … i.e. Breathe!
I know, I’ve said it before with regard to meditation, sleep, you name it … and I’m saying it again now. Most people are breathing in a very shallow manner. Ever see a baby breathe? You will see that their stomach rises and falls with each breath. They are filling their lungs with oxygen and oxygenating their body. You cannot receive sufficient oxygen with shallow breaths; you must breathe deeply.
