Goat adopts Baby Monkey
An abandoned baby monkey has found an unlikely adoptive family after it wandered
onto a goat farm
Farmer, Zhong Shu, spotted the tiny animal lying on a piece of wood as he went to check
on his herd in Tonggu County, eastern China.
At the sight of a human, the frightened monkey panicked and clung onto the back of a goat.
And now it won’t go anywhere without its new mother.
Shu told Chinese broadcaster,
: ‘The little monkey has been here for about four
or five days. It seems the goats made it feel safe.’
The monkey won’t take any food from the farmer, but it joins the goats when they go foraging
Despite finding a new family it will have to be returned to the wild
